Boarding Pass NYC™ This Bag Is Not Yours leather bag tag

I was expecting a name tag that carried the external marking “this bag is not yours.” What I received was a piece of leather (I think) with that inscription. In other words. No place to insert name/address info. It’s decorative, not functional. Well made? I guess. Would I rush out for another? No. An expensive novelty.
