Just what I needed
January 22, 2025Wanted some studs that were "kicked up a notch" from basic. These fit the bill, being onyx and sterling silver. Not a ton of options out there; I guess formalwear's not as popular as it once was. Appropriately priced given the quality. Obviously, the photo's here don't show the back. The are nicely engraved with the script J. Crew script logo, a smaller "New York, NY" beneath and a tiny (had to use a loupe) "S925". Weirdly, the engraving isn't centered. It's all in the lower third of the stud back. More aesthetically placed engraving would have probably earned a fifth star on my rating. To be honest, that probably says more about me than the studs. Made in China, if that matters to you.

timeless elegance
June 25, 2019These studs bring the required level of timeless elegance and sharpness of style to any tuxedo outfit. Simple, combining silver and onyx... they are just what I was looking for. if you haven't been able to inherit from a proper set of studs, these will allow you to start your own legacy, and at a pretty good price... Rightly sized, there is really nothing to complain about.
