July 1, 2026I like the fit of these glasses but am disappointed that they don't close properly when I'm storing them. Whether I put the left or right arm down first, the one on top is always sticking up quite a bit. I have not yet found a convenient way to contact customer service about a replacement pair that perhaps does not have that issue. If anyone from J Crew is reading this, reach out. :)
