Marathon Watch Company™ Atomic Wall Clock with 8 Timezones

The clock was packaged well but the surprise was soon as I opened the enclosed box. The screen was defective before I put in the provided batteries. I received the clock on 10/6 and it is 10/12 and all customer service at Marathon keeps telling me to do is use new batteries. I want a full refund not a replacement that will probably be more of the same. So disappointed!!
