15 customer reviewsWhat customers are saying:
Customers really like the coat’s rich wool fabric, sharp style, and overall high-end feel, with several saying it looks and feels expensive and gets lots of compliments. It’s also appreciated as a warm winter layer, especially if you want room for a sweater or sports coat underneath. One thing to keep in mind is that it tends to run large, so customers often suggest sizing down if you want a closer fit. Overall, it seems like a well-made overcoat with a handsome, classic look.

Casual Blazer
November 2, 2024Real Wool, The quality is great. I purchased an XS on sale because I could not get the S and it still fits me well. I have a slender build however. The colors are vibrant and can't wait to wear more outfits with this blazer!

So, So Big
October 11, 2024I was so excited to order this coat after reading about it and the British mill where the wool is sourced. I took a chance ordering it on "final sale" (no returns). The quality of the coat and fabric is indeed high. Excellent tailoring, looks and feels expensive. The issue with this coat is the sizing. While JCrew tells you that is is slightly big, it really is EXTREMELY big. I wear a medium in everything JCrew, from t-shirts to collared shirts to jackets. However, this jacket fits me like a large burlap bag. The sleeves hit my knuckles, the waist is way too big and it just feels awkward. Clearly, the sizing is off at least one size and now I have a beautiful coat that I will never wear.
