Great Jacket
August 28, 2025Great fabric that drapes well. I wear a 42R suit and ordered a 42R in this jacket. I reccomend going up a size if you intend to wear a suit under it.

Perfect overcoat
April 15, 2025I'm 5'11" and 180lbs. I bought this coat in a 44R and it fits perfectly. I'm able to layer it with hoodies or thick cardigan sweaters, but most importantly wear it over suits. The construction and materials are solid and the coat is very warm.

Fits small
Decent topcoat, styling could be better
March 6, 2025I love everything about this except I wish it was longer. It has a nice classic style mostly and great fabric (very soft and warm), but ends at just before knee length. This coat would look so much better calf length. Also, fit is not very conducive to wearing tailoring under without sizing up. Eg for me the shoulders and chest are tight when wearing a size 40 blazer under this (also sized 40). Which means the outerwear sizes on this were not adjusted with this in mind. Not a problem, just something to be aware of.

Pretty Good - But Not Exactly Luxe
February 10, 2025This is the sort of garment that is immediately recognizable for its quality: it's got 100% natural fibers (wool and cashmere) and a timeless, double-lapel cut that pairs well with suiting. In winter it's my most-worn coat for above-freezing temperatures. And yet, this coat, with its premium-quality ambitions, cuts some corners that keep it from being truly great. For one, the buttons: they're made of a cheap plastic that will shatter. You'll likely have to get them replaced for something nicer, sturdier, at your local tailor. Also, the coat is uninsulated within, with no quilted primaloft to give it that below-freezing versatility. Still, all in all, a nice item and well worth the sale price.
