Sherpa-lined wool-blend varsity jacket with PrimaLoft®

OK, J. Crew...this is a handsome coat that is warm and looks great. Now, why oh why, J. Crew, are you cheap with the pockets? There is only a single pocket on the outside on each side. They open from the top, which makes it awkward to put your hands in for warmth. Why not make another pocket on each side specifically for one's hands?? Also, what is the deal with the snap closures? They are impossible to actually close in the normal way. These are relatively minor quibbles but, not gonna lie, considered returning the coat for those issues, despite how much I like the rest of it.

I typically wear a large in Jcrew jackets but for this item, I purchased an XL. It fits great and allows me to layer it with even a hoodie if I really wanted to. This jacket kept me warm all day as it was 40 degrees with wind. 10/10 recommend!
