return issue
January 11, 2026I processed an exchange over 3 weeks ago and have seen no updates in shipping and despite Jcrew claiming the have a hold on my item, they will not ship the new coat. this was supposed to be a Christmas present and the exchange was processed prior to christmas. they’ve asked us to call back each week and have provided no new updates. the coat was supposed to arrived Jan 1 the latest and is obviously lost in transit. This was an expensive gift and has ended in sheer disappointing.

Great coat
December 24, 2025Bought this last year. This is the first wool top coat for me, I usually have the typical down jacket & such. Finally pulled the trigger and went with it. It's easily one of my favorite winter pieces now. It's warm and it looks great. No issue so far
