A bit off...
December 1, 2022I love all J. Crew products, but this is the first dress shirt I purchased. I would have preferred a regular fit, but at the time I ordered it wasn't on sale and/or couldn't be monogrammed. The slim fit is a tad on the tighter side, and I wish the sleeves were a tad longer. that said, I'm sure it just needs to be broken in. Also, the monogramming was in an odd location (under the pocket, midway down the shirt). I would have thought the better place would be on the pocket. Not sure if this was worth the price it in the end due to fit, but quality is still on point.

November 29, 2022Like two other reviewers said - the wrist is huge, so a second button would have been nice, and allowing for actual dress short sizing beyond just S, M, L, etc. would have allowed for a more custom fit. Nice looking shirt though. I may just add a button to the wrist opening so it fits more snugly.

Really Nice Shirt besides.............
February 3, 2022I really like the fabrics and quality of this and all of J. Crew shirts. What I don't understand is why J. Crew opt not to incorporate 2 buttons on the sleeve cuff. For those of us with thinner wrist, when wearing sweaters over the shirt the cuff gathers. Looks like you are wearing a shirt that is vastly too big and ultimately looks cheap!! This would be solved if they included a 2nd button (as most retailers do) so that we can have the option of tightening the cuff around our wrist. Otherwise really nice shirt and fit.

Good but could be better
March 30, 2020I liked the length of this shirt. I really wanted a dress shirt in end on end cotton with a button down collar because I feel like the secret wash shirt is still a little too casual for wearing to work. I would have given this shirt a higher rating if it came in individual neck sizes. I am a 16 neck with a 34 sleeve. The medium was too tight and the large was too big. All of the other Ludlow dress shirts now come in individual neck sizes and it would have been nice if this shirt did as well.
