Odd shape, no stretch for movement
December 8, 2021These pants are warm, which is their best and only quality. They are horribly shaped. The waist is large and the legs taper to a fitted fit. There is no stretch at all to the pants, so any movement pulls them down. Sitting pulls them down. Bending your leg and bringing it up, pulls them down. I was so excited to get these, but the fit is just terrible. If I wear them at my natural waist, which makes the crotch line up better, there is a pouch of extra fabric in the front and they make there way back to my hips as soon as I move.

The Cut is the best and worst thing
November 3, 2021The Cut is the best and worst thing about these. The tapering is fantastic, but where they lose points is in the drop crotch and pocket placement. Drop crotch pants are fine. But these have no elastic or stretch. Thus, the crotch is a hinderance if you have to squat or when sitting. That might not be a big deal for some, but fleece is for being active, and even Eddie Bauer’s $35 pant, has some give to it. Then there’s the pockets. They’re sewn into the seams so that when you use them, you look a little bit more Aladdin than Jack Bauer. All this is to say at the price point they’re just not quite there for me. If you’re looking for something that’s super warm and had a nice taper, go for it. Anything more, unfortunately these are just for show.

Very Nice
October 27, 2021The pants seem very well made and very warm. Will be perfect for cold winter days. I like the tapered cut but the waste seems to have more room than necessary - that may change once they’ve been washed. Overall, I’m very pleased with them and looking forward to a cold day when I can wear them.
