I've seen other attempts at these kind of shirts where the end result is more a novelty type shirt than an actual stylish shirt. This one actually works very well with subtle colored stripes that complement each other rather than contrast. If you like Jcrew's oxford button down then there's a good chance you'll like one as well as a fun office shirt for your wardrobe as it goes well with Jeans or Chinos. As always sizing can vary depending on body types. I'm 6'1 190 with more an athletic build and I bought the regular large. This is one where I'd prefer the Tall-Large which unfortunately never became available. To me the regular large feels slightly short in length and the sleeves which is where the Tall sizing helps especially if it shrinks at all in the wash. Otherwise body and chest measurements were true to size.
