Ludlow Slim-fit suit jacket in 3XDRY® stretch chino

Wear a 38R with every other suit jacket I own. Ordered this and it was way too small. JCREW customer service wasn't helpful and didn't let me exchange the item.

It’s a good everyday summer suit for work, but the jacket runs a size large. I’m a JCrew Ludlow Slim 38R, but with this suit jacket the 38 was very large. I placed another order for a 36R. The 36 jacket fit. I had to return the 38 which was inconvenient because the JCrew in my city closed. I had to drive an hour to the nearest store.
