Marled cotton crewneck sweater

I really like the look of the sweater, but it's mostly synthetic and also unable to be machine washed (previous one shrunk in the wash after one). Bummer.

Purchased this in a few colors. It has an all-cotton construction, which makes it machine washable, a huge plus for me. It does run slightly small, however I would not size up, as I prefer a more fitted sweater. Looks better in person than in photos, the color-mix looks great if you match it's accent with similar colored pants/jeans. The weight is medium thick, however I would have liked a tighter weave, as the wind easily cut through the sweater. I opt for layering a denim or shirt jacket over the sweater.

I like the thickness and softness of the material, as well as the pattern, but the sweater is slightly shorter than other J.Crew sweaters. Normally wear medium, but sized up to a large and fits decently well overall, if slightly boxy. Main complaint is the neck is wide and somewhat deformed after a wash.

I always wear a medium, slim or classic, however this sweater runs small. Most of my J.Crew cotton crewneck sweaters are quite roomy and cozy, but this one is snug. The construction and weight are fantastic, and the colors are much more vivid than reflected in the online images, which I love, I just wished I would have ordered a large. For reference, I am 6'4 and weigh 175. I would definitely recommend this product, with an advisory to size up.
