Inaccurate color and way too big
March 13, 2025Disappointed in color and sizing. The purple on the screen appears more saturated. In person it's a lighter purple that looks slightly pink in some lighting. Also, I'm not sure if it's just an issue with these cable sweaters across the board, but they are gigantic. I even sized down after seeing that the model was wearing a large and swimming in it, and it's still huge. J.Crew needs to measure each garment and put those measurements on the site instead of using a generic and laughably inaccurate size chart as a guide for assessing what size to buy, especially for garments that no stores carry to at least try on.

Heavy duty wool sweater
January 24, 2025This beautiful sweater runs true to size. It is a heavy weight wool, very substantial and will last for a very long time. The amethyst color is even more stunning in person and makes this piece very unique.
