Cashmere collared sweater in rugby stripe

I love cashmere, generally like J Crew, and I love rugbies, so you can imagine my excitement when I stumbled upon this. Unfortunately, this looks like it was washed and dried before shipping - it would fit someone 2/3 my size well. I fit the 'Large' profile almost perfectly, so that's what I ordered - I have a 43 inch chest, a 36 inch waist and 35 inch arm length. The sleeves on this shirt barely reach my wrists with my arms extended and my stomach nearly hangs out at the bottom. I prefer a tapered waist and chest - to some degree - but this doesn't even have those. It's just blocky and short. The blockiness of rugbies only works when there is adequate sleeve and torso length. Otherwise, you're left looking silly. Would expect better at this price point. To top it all off, the cashmere seems to be of a lower ply/quality, and I imagine it will pill quickly
