Cotton milano-stitch zip-neck ski sweater

Just received this sweater (in grey color) today and the fit and feel is great. It definitely has some weight to it. I wanted to try it in store - they didn't have it, so bought it online when it was on sale. I would rate this sweater 5 stars, except for the zipper. I like that it has two pull tabs - I bought it for that reason, but firstly, the pin does not want to go in to both pull tabs, and when you manage to do so, it's difficult to undo it. I am not sure if this is just my clumsy experience or if others have had similar issues. Still on the fence about keeping it.
