Exactly what I've been looking for
January 21, 2026Glad to have gotten these on a restock, and on sale to boot! Unstructured & low-profile toe, short heel, waxed roughout, is just what I have been looking for in a roper boot. Very nicely made. Only noticeable flaw is what appears to be a small cut on the rubber sole near the heel on the right boot, looks like some glue was applied to it during production. I don't think it will end up being a problem. The shaft is unlined, the foot area is leather lined, feels like there might be an additional layer of leather at the toes for reinforcement, but no composite or celastic. I forget my brannock size, I think it is around 11.5-12 with a normal width...but for reference I wear an 11 Camden loafer, 11D LL Bean loafer, and generally a 12D in most sneakers. These boots in size 11.5 fit great. They were a bit narrow near the end of the foot and toes, but they stretched out just fine within several days of wearing them. Highly recommend if they come back in stock!

Solid boots
December 30, 2025Great looking boots and solid quality. Fits true to brannock, but reccomend sizing up if you have particularly wide feet or high instep.

Great looking boots
December 28, 2025Bought these on sale and have worn a couple of times. Comfortable and great looking pair of boots. Suede is high quality. Anticipated small toebox so sized up half a size for a perfect fit.
