These Chuck Taylor All Star ’70s are getting a lot of love for their vintage look, classic style, and sturdier build compared with the regular pair. Customers consistently mention better materials, extra comfort, and a more cushioned feel that still keeps the original Converse vibe. Fit feedback is mixed but helpful: several customers found them true to size or perfect after sizing down, while others suggested going a half size down or noted a little extra room. Overall, they seem like a solid upgrade for anyone wanting the classic look with a more comfortable, durable feel.

Fits big
Perfect for back to school
July 20, 2019My son loved these shoes. The only complaint I have is that that run a little big. I purchased a size 13. He could have gotten away with a size 12. There’s lots of toe room.

The Classic Redefined
May 30, 2019Everything you may have read about the shoe is true - improved build quality, heavier materials, super shiny eyelets, obscenely long laces, but same OG swagger. I disagree with the "order a half size larger" comments - I'm a size 11 and these fit true to size. Time will tell if they truly are worth the price, but they rock so far.

TRIPLE check what size you're ordering
March 29, 2019I accidentally ordered the men's sizing in this vs getting my size in women's. I ordered the men's size 8 which is a women's 10! :-( They make it clear in the description below but they don't mention this in the size tabs/options (which would be helpful and is what they do on the converse website just saying!).
