Ludlow insulated trench coat with eco-friendly PrimaLoft®

I’m a Jcrew loyalist but this jacket missed the mark big time. It looks and feels very cheap. Color is awful. I am 5’11/ 170 lbs and I was swimming the medium it was so big.

This trench coat is an excellent coat. Its light and gives excellent insulation from the cold. The color is more like the color code or the 4th picture (the one without the model). It is polished and can be worn over suit or a sweater for protection against the cold. It will be most applicable on those rainy, snowy, icy and cold days since it has excellent moisture shrugging properties. In terms of the fit and sizing, it runs large. I am 145 lbs with a height of 5ft 9 inches, a 38" chest size and a 32" waist size. I'm between a small and a medium. I typically wear a size 38 in Ludlow suits, but since it has a regular fit I had to size down so I ordered the small and it fit me perfectly. The chest dimension for this coat for the small size is 46", so it runs large and the entire length for the small size is about 37".
