January 2, 2020I had ordered thesefor my son for Christmas as a surprise for my son. When I placed my order I paid for rushed delivery because it takes over a week to get things delivered. I appreciate J Crew going to a California store to get my item here within the time I paid for, however the ones I received were worn or many had tried them on with scratches all over. I made a quick call to customer service and the wonderful young lady was very helpful and I received a perfect pair the next day. Thank you. You made my sons Christmas.

Stylish sturdy everyday boots
December 29, 2019These boots have been a nice addition so far. I wear them to my business casual work and out on the weekend. Breakin took a few wears, but now they are comfy and reliable. I recommend without reservation.

December 29, 2019The boots were of good quality. The bag that you keep the boots in had a hole in them. Not sure if my son will ever use the bag or not but still had a hole in it.
