Cotton patch-pocket sweater-blazer

Def a cardi with sport coat lapel. Pretty heavy gage cotton, Great layering piece for cool weather, can be a jacket. I typically wear medium at J.Crew, however, I am going to go to the store and probably end up buying an extra small, I have a feeling the small will also be too big, this item runs really large, 167 lbs. 5'8".
