Nightshirt in end-on-end cotton

Great pajama shirt for warmer weather and transitioning out of winter pajamas.

I own a couple of sets of the navy top and bottom pajama in the same fabric and I just love them... so when I saw the nightshirt - had to get it. Perfect for warmer weather. Not too short or too long- perfect. Purchased the small- true to size.

I have the two piece pajama set in small. I loved it so much I thought the nightshirt would be a perfect addition to the wardrobe. I was disappointed when I began buttoning it up at the hips. At 5’2 and 155 pounds I couldn’t button it at the hips. I thought about sizing up but then the top would be extremely loose. If you’re hippie like me this shirt may not fit you. It had potential as it’s a light material with an almost risky length (just enough to flirt with your partner but long enough to keep the in-laws out of your business). Gave it away to a friend since it was a final sale item.

Perfect fabric. Doesn’t get too wrinkled or hot. Easy to wash. I hang it to dry like I do with most of my clothes. I’ve thought about buying it for years but finally pulled the trigger when it was on sale. It’s a big upgrade from my men’s button downs or t-shirts I wear to bed. I’m 5’8” and offers enough coverage that I didn’t think twice about grabbing the milk delivery off our front porch. It even looks cute under my favorite overalls. I plan to buy another and get it monogrammed.

I have bought often from JCrew and am usually a S or XS. This pj top I bought in a Small and though it does "cover" everything. I can not reach for anything on a shelf or bend at all without exposing myself. Other reviews are correct in that it is a very wrinkly fabric and paper thin.. almost paper mache like. I bought on sale for a very cheap price. I will wear when I get out of shower on warm days before I get dressed.

This shirt is so nice and comfy! And long enough to wear it by itself. It can also dobles as a robe for when I’m getting ready.
