24 customer reviewsWhat customers are saying:
Customers love this dress as an easy, cute summer pick — it’s lightweight, comfy, and gets lots of compliments. The adjustable straps and tie-back help make the fit more flexible, and many people like how versatile it is for dressing up or keeping casual. One thing that comes up often is that the bust runs snug, so customers with a larger chest may want to size up. Overall, it’s seen as flattering, well-loved, and a great style to grab in more than one color.

Fabulous Summer Dress
August 19, 2022I love this style of dress I bought it in 4 colors. The black, white print, blue stripe, and the liberty print and I’m in heaven. When you find a perfect silhouette you just have to get it in as many colors as possible. Will wear these for many years to come and all in classic Jcrew prints that will never go out of style. Very very pleased.

Very very small
July 20, 2022My review is for a chambray. The reviews for the chambray are not allowed anymore, I wonder why. The "bodice" of a size Petite 10 measures 4 inches on the side and 5 inches on the front. It's sized for a child, not an adult unless you want to show all the goods. It does not look like the picture at all, in the picture the model has a normal bodice that goes around and covers the breasts, the one I got is a thin strip of the fabric. I can't return it so I will find a child to give it too. The older reviews said it ran big, but if you have breasts size up at least two sizes. I followed the size chart.

Stay true to your size
July 2, 2022Waited diligently for this dress to go on sale, and when it did I purchased it immediately. Based on the reviews, I sized up from my usual 0 to a 2 in order for the chest to fit. I don't wear traditional bras anymore so I can't say my "bra size" but there's certainly enough to cup (i.e., I'm not flat chested but I'm also not a DD, probably a B or C?). I was disappointed to find the dress to be overall too big to be flattering. If I had *really* wanted to make it work, I could have pulled the tie portion as tight as possible in order for it to fit my chest as much as practical. However, the extra fabric around the chest due to me sizing up combined with the very eh way the skirt fell made the purchase all around not worth my while.
