What customers are saying:
Customers appreciate the quality and style of these jeans, especially the high-waist design and trendy dark wash that offer a modern yet classic look. Several customers mentioned that the fit works perfectly if you stick with your usual size, while others—particularly those with more curves or who prefer a looser feel around the abdomen—suggest considering a size up or a slightly different fit. The versatile length and overall comfort also made these jeans a popular choice for everyday wear. Overall, the jeans combine quality fabric with a flattering silhouette, making them a stylish addition to any wardrobe.

Good Color Quality Denim
August 6, 2020I normally wear a size 0 and a 25 in a jean. I purchased a 25 and they are pretty tight. I am quite slender (5'7", 111 lbs. for reference) and they do fit snug. I wish they had a 26 at the time of purchase but alas they did not. I would recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit. The fabric is very nice quality and the length is longer than usual, which I find great so in the winter my ankles aren't cold.

Legs for days!
July 29, 2020I bought a pair of these about a month ago and loved them so much I bought a second! The fit reminds me of the jeans I wore in the 1980s: it's sleek, form-fitting, and high waisted, and a lot snugger than any other pair in my closet. That said, I'm glad I didn't size up, since the silhouette wouldn't be as clean if the waistline and seat were looser. (For reference, I'm 5'7", 138 lbs, and usually wear a 27/4 in pants.) The length is great too: it comes down over my ankle bone, which means I can wear these year-round with boots and shoes. Best of all, these jeans make me look two inches taller and ten pounds lighter. Can't argue with that, especially for someone who's pushing 50!

if between sizes, order up
June 16, 2020I normally wear a size 26 in J. Crew Jeans (skirt 0, pants 2). I have no belly whatsoever (but plently of backside) and I find these tight across the abdomen. This is an issue because the jeans don't stretch much. They are loose everywhere else and look great--so the issue I feel is not actually visible. I would say order larger if you sometimes wear a larger size in J. Crew jeans.

These Jeans Are Amazing...
April 22, 2020I bought every wash JC had in the Stovepipe fit. I haven't received the white, and I like the Warm Atlantic (but they do bag out in the knees, which I didn't notice until the second time I wore them), but this wash takes the cake. These have less stretch, are a little thicker, fit like a glove in my usual size 25 (5'4" and 110), and look so of-the-moment while still being classic. I will get a lot of wear out of these! The high waist is great. I will say, they are cut narrow through the hips, so if you're curvy, I would maybe look for a diff fit (who knows--it might work--just letting you know). I'm pretty straight up and down, and they look amazing. They don't flatten my butt, either, which is always nice, haha. I really like the darker wash--I have so many light wash jeans--this is a nice change. They are just a hair too long. I could absolutely wear heels, but I want to rock these with sneaks, so I may get them hemmed just a touch. Highly recommend this jean!!!
