Classic belt in tortoise

Belt was too big and sent back as item had sold out in the small.

The belt is leather... perhaps patent leather. The tortoise pattern is really sharp looking. Looks great with everything. I always get compliments when I wear it. My only concern is that after wearing it once in pants the belt is kind of puckered or rippled where the back belt loop is. I just hope the finish doesn’t pull off the belt.

I was looking for a belt to wear over a black jacket, and this is lovely. This is stylish while retaining a traditional look appropriate for my work environment. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 as I wish there were a wider version.
