June 19, 2026I gave a 5-star review for the sweet lady who helped me with my issue, although I forgot to ask for her name. When I ordered the belt, it appeared that I was sent a used, heavily worn item rather than a new one. The leather was already starting to tear. I was very disappointed and shared my concerns with her. She was very kind and promptly sent me a brand-new replacement, which is what I originally purchased—I do not buy used items. I received the replacement today, and I absolutely love the style of this belt. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
