My daughter loves them - too heavy for me though
March 14, 2025Really pretty, and I loved the idea of their metal construction because I break plastic clips so easily, BUT they were just a little too heavy for my hair. (I have very fine hair and struggle with nearly all hair accessories.) However, I gave the clips to my daughter who has very thick very long hair, and she was thrilled. The added weight was actually a plus for her.

Smaller than the plastic clips I know and love
January 26, 2025I am a huge fan of the plastic clips J Crew offers, so when I saw these awesome metallic ones I wanted to give them a try. I love that they are dressier and since there are both the gold and silver you always have a match to an outfit. However, they are a significantly smaller than their plastic counterpart which I didn't realize and my silver clip squeaks (which is super annoying). They are heavier, but since they are smaller to me it isn't as much of issue. Although these are usable, I don't think they will be used often. I will stick to the plastic ones next time.

January 20, 2025Great hair clip goes with everything defiantly have to put a lot of hair in the clip though or it will slide. Wish they were made a little lighter but defiantly a upgrade to the plastic ones.
