Rectangle barrette in brushed metal

Great barrette!! Looks classic, blends with everything and doesn’t fall out!!

I bought it n tried it but I have lots of hair n it was hard to snap it. A bit tight. Although it was a nice pin. If you have less hair it would work nicely. Would look great with brunettes!

This barrette is nearly all the things I could ask for: sleek, stylish, weighted and the right amount of matte gold finish that goes with EV-ERY-THING. However the clasp frequently comes unhinged.which is annoying. It’s so chic that I can’t part with it despite the minor nuisance.

The “teeth” part of the clasp mechanism was bent completely out of shape when it arrived to me in the mail. It’s odd because the hair clip was securely bubble wrapped but was still damaged. I didn’t want to deal with exchanging the hair clip so I pulled out a pair of pliers and carefully fixed the bent clasp such that it’s now able to clip closed (though I’m not sure how durable it will be!)

I now have three of these gold baretts. I LOVE them, they’re elegant and can liven/beautify my outfit and hair tremendously. I highly recommend them!

I only gave this rectangular barrette 3 stars just because it doesn’t hold a lot of hair. If you have a lot of hair like I do. You’ll be able to do half ponytail unfortunately. Overall it’s a well crafted item
