Bought two candles…One arrived without a wick!
September 6, 2025Bought two candles… One arrived without a wick! Strange for Apotheke to have poor quality control like that. Not sure what to do with this wickless candle. I would like to exchange it for a functional one. You used to be able to e-mail customer service but now they have these automated processes, sooooo not sure what to do here. It’s quite hot and the candles arrived slightly soft so shipping it back across the country to return it doesn’t seem good.
