Demi-fine 14k gold-plated charm necklace

I’ve given all the gold-plated jewelry 5/5 stars not because they are amazing pieces of gold jewelry; but because they are perfect for what they are - gold plated jewelry that may or may not last more than a couple of seasons. I don’t wear any of mine in any water (ocean/pool/shower) in the hopes that the pieces will last longer. That being said, I don’t expect them to have the lifespan of a solid gold piece. We recently bought a house on the beach in Florida and I decided to buy myself and my daughter some if the more “beachy” pieces including this one. Also have the sand dollar, starfish, and some other beach vibe jewelry and they’re all still looking bright and shiny.

Little star fish charm necklace: simple, thin and dainty chain, has a little starfish that doesn’t look cheap. It’s perfect for what I wanted it for: recently bought a beach house in Florida and I’m living the beach life so I’ve added a few little pieces of beachy, costume jewelry -like this one- to my gold-plated jewelry collection. My daughter thought it was adorable so I bought one for her as well.

After 1 wear the necklace changed significantly. I didn’t expect it to be real good but I expected more than one wear. I’ll post pictures.
