Beautiful design, faulty craftsmanship
August 15, 2018The earrings are beautiful - elegant, yet noticeable, they complete any professional outfit. I ordered them in Lapis and loved the color and look. I happily wore them twice. Yet, as I was putting the earrings for the third (!) time on, a post of one of the earrings snapped. JCrew, please, invest a bit more in product design and development. It is extremely disappointing to see an item that you liked fall apart in your hands.

Love is fragile
February 10, 2018I wanted to love these, but the metal on the backs is so soft that I couldn’t put the backs on without bending them. The first pair I picked up had one earring that was already broken as a result, and when I exchanged them the second pair bent the first time I tried to put them on, no matter how carefully I tried. I love them, but they’re not well made enough to be worn. They go back today.
