Layered chevron bead necklace

I was so excited to receive this necklace as the colours looked fantastic! I bought the blue version and the colours are beautiful. It coordinates well with a skirt from the same collection. The quality however was very disappointing. I agree with a previous review in that it could have been purchased from a cheaper store. The gold clasp was even rough to the touch and the beads did look of a lesser quality upon inspection. However I have been complimented on the piece. Not bad at the right price.

I wonder which color the negative reviewer got, because my navy, white and gold necklace is beautiful. I'm actually considering ordering a second one to wear when this one inevitably wears out. The guava color does look like it might be a little garish in person.

I bought it heavily marked down and still feel ripped off. It's basically cheap plastice like you would get at a teen store at the mall (before they kille off the malls)
