2 weeks agoI do not know how to open this necklace. I have tried for days now. I have contacted j.crew customer service several times and they send generic instructions that are not relevant to this necklace's clasp. They then said for me to watch videos on how to open a tennis necklace on Tik Tok - so I tried. But the clasp is still a mystery. as no tennis necklace out there has this same clasp. I am disappointed because I think customer service should find out and help me.
