Botanical cluster statement necklace

So, I have ordered this necklace THREE times. First time it never showed up, and the other two times, J.Crew has thrown it in bubble bag, into a poly mailer and when it has arrived, flowers are damaged. I asked J.Crew to PLEASE take care when sending the replacement, as the item has been out of stock, and odds of me getting a 4th chance, were slim to none. Instead of handling with care, they packaged it every worse on the replacement, with flowers broken off, petals of the flowers snapped off, etc. I am done trying with this necklace, as pretty as it is, you will spend 125+ dollars only to wait a week and a half, and receive a wholly damaged item. Until J.Crew can get their act together and package things half decently, I would warn against ordering anything delicate, like this.

I expect high quality from J Crew and this necklace delivered it 100%. It is so unique and so perfect to wow any outfit.

I don't usually wear statement pieces, but I was drawn to this necklace. It's absolutely beautiful and versatile. Happy with my purchase.

One of a kind necklace with a stunning statement. Please J.Crew create more beautiful pieces of jewelry. Purchasing another as a gift for a friend. The price tag in comparison to the cheaper pieces offered cannot compare to this necklace. I feel beautiful wearing it with a simple pair of stud earrings.

I had already purchased the cluster necklace over a year ago in two other colors. This pink & green one is perfect for spring and many of my outfits. I highly recommend it.
