Layered crystal chain necklace

I am a collector of JCREW statement necklaces . I have been collecting for years . The quality has changed no weight to the prices poor quality. I am a JCREW girl ! Please work on this please . This necklace looks good but it knots up with a big kink . I am a long time card holder and customer !

I should have read the reviews before I ordered this necklace , it is a beautiful necklace but hard to wear , it does not sit well. frozen in twisted position that is hard to manuever . this is why I had not worn it yet.

This is a nice costume jewelry piece for next holiday season when HOPEFULLY parties are back and Covid is over. The quality could of been a little better. It seemed like it was stuck out of place when I first opened it. But I think it needs to just hang up on a jewelry tree for a bit. I love the lengths and the subtle sparkle. Can be dressed down with a t-shirt and jeans or dressed up with a LBD.

I received this necklace and it looked as though it had been twisted and bent. It was impossible to wear it because both layers of the necklace did not nestle into each other as shown on the model. One layer stuck out in one direction and the other layer stuck out in the opposite direction. I called customer service and the rep was very helpful. Received a replacement necklace today and it’s as twisted as the first one. You can see in the photo that the necklace is bent. Both times the necklaces were basically thrown into a much too large box with no wrapping to secure them so I don’t know if they were damaged in shipping or if this is just a bad design; either way I would not recommend. It’s such a shame because the stones are very pretty and it could have been a nice necklace.
