Pearl and crystal statement earrings

I decided to order these a day after seeing them in my local store. They had about three pairs there so I figured when I ordered them I would get them right away they would probably come from my local store. it took 12 days to get the earrings here and several emails to supervisors trying to locate where my items were. I finally got the earrings today and they came with the usual reviews. One large pearl fell off, no jewelry bag and a busted up box. I feel as if they would have just got them from the store in the city that I lived in it may have been a lot better. I saw the ones they had in person at the store and they all looked to be in good condition. These are not. These are the same as the reviews of the other two. This was very disappointing from the customer service level to the time it took to get the earrings to the condition of the earrings, when they finally arrived.

Not at all pleased as one earring was completely defective. Back was bent and Pearl fell off as soon as I took it out of bag. So very disappointed!!!!

These are by far, the most beautiful earrings I have ever seen. I am obsessed with them. Unfortunately the large pearl fell out almost instantly. Please try again with better glue jcrew, these things are gorgeous but I need them to not fall apart,
