Umbrella wouldn't stay open - Defective
May 25, 2022I purchased this recycled pocket umbrella online in Dec 2020 in the Black Multi pattern. It was the perfect size to keep in my bag in my daily travels taking the bus. I received one that was defective. The umbrella would not stay open. I was disappointed with customer service when I called. J. Crew refused to take it back or offer me a replacement. I have been shopping J. Crew since 1989. This is the 2nd accessory I purchased online that was defective.
