Collection topcoat in faux-mink

I received this absolutely beautiful coat! I have never seen a faux fur look so real! It's so classy and chic! JCrew thank you. You are my favorite store!

This is hands down THE BEST faux fur coat ever! The fur is of very high quality and incredibly rich-looking. It's very lightweight and comfortable and the style is such a classic. The best part though is the nipped-in waist that makes the coat ultra-flattering even on a short frame. I'm wearing this stunner with everything from sweatpants to denim to skirts and dresses, and I always get complimented on it! I hope J.Crew makes more of this style, perhaps in different furs?

This coat is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL to be a Faux Mink. I ordered a Large which is slightly too big for me and the Medium is sold out. Unfortunately, I may need to return it if I can't find a GOOD tailor to take it in for me.

I bought this for my mom as an early Xmas present and it wasn’t quite her size (she is often in between sizes with j crew). I was about to return it but after receiving it, the quality and style were so good I decided to keep it for myself! I didn’t think this was my style but it is a very versatile coat that transcends generations and styles. I managed to find her size so now we can be twins. ;) If in doubt go for it! You won’t be disappointed.

I am 5’2” and a size 6-8 in pants and a small to medium in tops for J.Crew.I bought this coat during Thanksgiving week and was so surprised and delighted that the coat was on sale 50% for a short time.It is part of their “Collection” line which I was told rarely goes on sale.So I purchased the coat in a small. It fit more fitted on my body when buttoned, the coat felt a smidge snug around the hips.I thought that maybe I should exchange it for a size medium.I decided to order the coat in medium for store pick up and try both coats.The medium was more roomier all around and I definitely could wear a thick sweater and still be comfortable, especially when buttoned up. But since I’m 5’2” the medium had longer sleeves and the coat hit below my knees whereas the small, the sleeves length was perfect and the coat length hit me right at the knees.The small was snug but the fit was more flattering on my petite height.I wish circumstances were different, so that I could show off this coat more

It's as great as all the reviews say it is. I cannot get over how gorgeous this coat is and how in-love I am with it. It's so luxurious and realistic-looking I am honestly worried people will mistake it for a real fur coat when I wear it out. I am wearing it with my wedding dress for my winter wedding in early January, and I CANNOT wait. I am so glad because I know that after my wedding, I'll be wearing this coat for years and years to come. Even better, it's not too tight across the chest like some coats are on me (I have a 34DD bra size), even a little roomy. It fits slim against my body from below the chest down. I ordered a size 8 which is what I usually get in J. Crew coats. Stunning coat, I wish I could wear it now but alas I live in LA and it's basically still summer here.
