Oversized, bulky, heavy and not water proof
March 21, 2023I wanted to love this parka because the hardware and style are super cute, but it’s just enormous, not flattering, bulky and weighs a ton! I wore it for 20 mins in steady rain and it was completely soaked through and my sweater was wet underneath: Ordered this on a deep discount final sale so I couldn’t return.

January 10, 2023I recently made an online purchase which due to a glitch was duplicated. When I came to pick up my item at store #653, Del went out of his way to help me correct the duplicate order. It also turned out 1 item was cancelled and he called another nearby store to see if they had it in stock which they did! Del was so helpful and made my experience with J. Crew that much more pleasant. I will definitely go back to this store and shop in person with Del.

High Quality, Stylish Parka
January 1, 2023This is a fantastic coat if you order the correct size! I read the reviews and ordered an XS in the moss color (would normally order a medium if I wanted to be able to wear a sweater underneath or a Small if I only intended to wear a light layer under the coat) and it fits perfectly - can even layer under it! For reference, I am 5’5” and about 125 lbs. It will not look bulky if the right size is ordered. The quality is top notch. This is an incredibly well-made item and sure to keep you warm. It has a beautiful quilted silk lining and the outer material is very durable. Yes, the strings are long, but just knot them. Really not a big deal. Overall, this is both a beautiful and practical coat!
