Curvy '90s classic straight jean in Rinse wash

The curvy slim/straight jeans look good and fit well on me in 29 or 30 depending on the wash. My waist is 32 and hip 42. These are a much larger hip/waist ratio. Why??? Another review said order 2 waist sizes down so I ordered a 30. They are an inch big in the waist, and so massive in the hips they stick out. Then the legs are like tapered mom jeans and not in a good way. They make me look like size 18 instead of a 10. I wouldn't even wear these for gardening. UGH I wish I could send them back but... final sale. :(

I am in between sizes 28-29. I grabbed 28P and it fitted overall well once on. However, when pulling this pants up i noticed the zipper was short, making it the waist hole smaller and i struggled to pull up these pants through my 42inch hips. these do not fit baggy on me.

FINALLY -- great jeans that fit like jeans are supposed to fit! Show your waist , accentuate your bottom -- unlike low riding jeans that make you look like you have a flat butt. These jeans fit perfectly!! Tapered waist, contours your bottom, and the length is terrific! These do NOT look like "mom" jeans -- they are sexy and fit like they should. I have a pear-shape - curvy figure --- 5'4" 153 lbs and I purchased the 29 in these --- I wear a 10 in JCrew chino shorts. These jeans in 29 fit a little snug -- but they have a slight stretchy material --- forgiving, but very substantial denim -- NOT the paper thin, stretchy stuff of the past. Mine do not fit like the photo above -- those look baggy. I came back and bought another pair b/c I cannot be w/o these jeans --- I will never go back to having to wear low riding jeans again! BTW, I also purchased these jeans in the Straight Cut 90s version in 29 also and I love those too!
