Who cut my jeans?
December 23, 2021I love all of my J Crew Demi crop jeans. I’m always on the lookout for new styles. However, these might just be my least favorite. Although color wise they look great with a black cashmere sweater, I was so upset with the fact that they are frayed!!!!!MISLEADING PICTURE!! I was expecting a finished hem. Have to keep them now as they were a final sale. Total bummer. Size was a bit bigger too. I usually buy a 26 but these feel like a 27.

A No...but so close to a YES
November 17, 2021I couldn't agree more with with the other reviewers. These run pretty darn big. I am a tried and true 28 in J.Crew jeans (which are on the snug side these days, post-Covid) and these 28s are VERY saggy - legs, waist and bum....even more so after wearing for a while...and even more than the 29s I've bought trying to accommodate the extra weight I'm carrying these days (for reference ~135 lbs, 5'4"). The only jeans I buy any more are J.Crew because I can always count on the 28 working for me, sight unseen. And these just don't - which is incredibly frustrating since they were purchased on no-return sale. Not to mention the fact that the picture misrepresents the actual product (frayed edge vs. the pictured formal hem). Had they been sized right...I think I could have loved them. But as it stands, I guess I will have to give them away to someone else who they will fit a little better. Wearing them just makes me feel frumpy and who wants that at 51?!?

These aren't like the other demi crops
November 16, 2021I love the demi crop, but these #1 aren't the same as the others and #2 are not as pictured. 1. the photos show a finished hem, the jeans I received are frayed 2. the photo doesn't really show the wash, but they're basically lightly acid washed 3. the fit of these isn't quite the same as the other demi crops. There's some sort of odd bum sagginess happening in these that doesn't exist in the others I own I would not buy these without seeing them in person, particularly on final sale.

Good quality and fit, awful wash
November 12, 2021I'm between a 26 and 27 (5'5, 130 lbs), and the 26 fit me perfectly. The fabric is nice, but the wash reminds me of an 80s acid wash.

Runs large, please fix pictures
November 7, 2021I bought 6 pairs of demi jeans in the last 2 years in different wash, thin and thick for different seasons , all 26 R. They are the best fitting jeans for my straight body. I bought this pair (26R) because the pictures shows they are hemmed and I want a pair of hemmed. But the jeans I received are of raw hem. J.crew please fix the pictures, especially when people buy them at a final sale. They fit larger than the other 6 pairs I have, waistband is loose and the seat is baggy . Luckily, it was not a final sale when I bought them so I can return them.
