Point Sur Shoreditch straight jean in Light Sky wash

This jeans are soft and comfortable. I wear a size 12 in regular jeans, but I was looking for something loose fitting. This are great!

I always get compliments when I wear these jeans because they’re the perfect color blue. It’s the, I just came out of a time machine, blue. I’m always talking about this color. Finally it showed up in a package via jcrew. Love them!

These feel amazing, but are huge. I'm a size 27 in designer jeans, a 25 in j.crew jeans... and the 25 here is just too big. But the look and feel are too good to pass up. So soft, great wash, and flattering. I also like the cut of the high waist. I am exchanging for a size 24 and fingers crossed they work! This is my first pair of point sur jeans, and already back online to try other styles, too.

I had jeans just like these in the 1980s. These are "mom" jeans with tapered legs, and I am quite disappointed since the standalone photo of the jeans shows straight legs. These were purchased because I was overjoyed to see a pair of jeans at J.Crew that were not cropped, frayed, holey, or otherwise distressed. Unfortunately these do have distressing on the front pockets and on one back pocket which is not disclosed in the product description or in the photos. The model is turned so the back pocket distressing is not visible, and she is also angled in the front view to minimize the tapered look of the jeans. The denim is quite lightweight, and the jeans had an offensive chemical odor right out of the package. The Point Sur label looks cheap, and having the Point Sur leather back patch and front button say Point Sur makes me feel like I've purchased a pair of "private label" jeans that department stores used to make to compete with designer jeans. Overall bad purchase and overpriced.

Super cute, good quality and a lighter weight denim. For me they ran big, so returning for a smaller size.
