The fabric is awful
July 18, 2024I wish someone had written a review about how shiny the fabric is. I expected something soft with weight, and this was like a very thin satin. It looked like a garbage bag when I took it out of its packaging. I had to keep it because it was 60% off and final sale, but if I had paid full price for this, I would be extremely disappointed. As is, I’m not too thrilled with this dress. Terrible fabric.

Better dresses out there
July 10, 2024I was disappointed that it didn’t look or feel special after reading some of the stellar reviews. Honestly, it’s just fine. Not particularly noteworthy with details, it came wrinkled so I will need to steam or iron it, no pockets (why no pockets?— so much fabric to spare!) it will get hung in the basement closet instead of taking up real estate in the real closet (a euphemism for it will never get worn because it’s just meh). It does run large; I’m usually a S and the XS was perfect in proportions.
