A Stunning Red Dress
August 10, 2025I bought the red in size 6 (my usual size) but not on the J. Crew site. This dress is amazing. The red was breathtaking! The fit was immaculate. I have an average chest (34 C) and the size 6 was goldilocks perfect. It was not tight and it was not loose. I am a tall girly (5' 10" with long legs 36 inch inseam) and whilst it did not touch the floor, it came within an inch of the floor which allowed me to wear it with flats with it to a wedding. I received many compliments from friends and strangers. I felt like a princess without feeling overdressed. I will be wearing this one again and again. Also.... IT HAS POCKETS! Cons: the anti-slip grippy silicone bit was placed on a white backing that was visible to me when I looked down and made me quite anxious that others could see it. Fortunately that did not seem to be the case because it did not show in any of the myriad photos and selfies taken.
