Sizing Way Off
July 16, 2023Maybe it’s just the one I received - I’ve seen reviews peppered throughout the website saying the same thing about a few different styles - but this was really, really small. Like, I literally think the wrong tag was sewn into it. I occasionally size up in J Crew to accommodate my boobs in slim fit tops, but the edges of the zipper were literally 5” apart from each other. Construction of the dress is excellent. It has an interior half corset and back zipper/hook and eye closure, plus an external zipper. The fabric is thick and has a subtle sheen to it, but looks kind of dowdy, as does the overall design of the dress. It felt very conservative vs preppy-sexy. Sucks I bought it final sale.

Perfectly elegant
May 25, 2023It is a lovely dress. Very elegant and well made. I agree with a previous reviewer that it runs a little large all over but especially in the chest. It might be okay for a fuller chested person.
