Lovely dress once sleeves are removed
June 3, 2022The material is lovely, the sleeves are ridiculous. Got my seamstress to remove them and the dress is a winner. Size up, runs narrow in the hips.

May 11, 2022This is a sweet dress, especially for $27 from $200. The color, however, is horrible -- garish, turquoise-ish print, not the soft powder blue pictured on the website. Wish it were not a closeout, or I would return it. Will wear as a nightgown, perhaps, or give away.

Hippie Princess Dress
May 6, 2022This is such a good dress. It's super unique and romantic and you'll automatically be on the best dressed list if you wear it. It looks and feels expensive. If you're on the fence about what size to get, just email J. Crew and ask them what they recommend, which is what I did. I am normally a 12 everywhere else but they said I should get a 16 in this dress. It's a LITTLE roomy, but I feel like if I'd gotten the 14 then the buttons might have gaped (I have a larger bust and thicker hips/thighs/butt). It looks amazing- it's floaty and breezy but body-skimming at the same time. Makes your décolletage look great. I even doubled down and got the red version because it's a total show-stopper. The blue is definitely my favorite, though. Total Penny Lane vibes. Just buy it, it's on super sale!! YOU'RE WELCOME

December 2, 2021I actually like this dress. Colors are more vibrant , and feel of the fabric is nice. the only thing is sleeves ,I guess I have to iron sleeves in particular way so it will not stick out as much. Otherwise it is a cute dress
