Fits small based on
20 customer reviewsWhat customers are saying:
Customers consistently loved the dress’s gorgeous satin fabric, pretty colors, and flowy, flattering look, with many saying it feels festive and eye-catching in person. Fit-wise, it tends to run small through the rib cage and chest, so several customers suggested sizing up, especially if you have a fuller bust or prefer a little more room. It seems to work especially well for smaller chests and customers with a smaller rib cage, and some mentioned they could wear it comfortably without a bra. Overall, it comes across as a beautiful statement dress that can be really worth it once the sizing is right.

Not for the bigger breasted
December 2, 2022I got it on final sale, and is gorgeous, but upon trying it on it was 2 sizes too small for my bust. I'm a 36DD 5'9 & am a size 14 or large in Jcrew, but for whatever reason they made it like a size 10. The zipper for the dress was a design flaw as theres no stretch. I'll take it to a seamstress and ask if we can salvage it by seeing what length we can cut off from the bottom and add to the backside of the dress to fit my boobage area. If you have a smaller chest I recommend it, if you have a bigger chest like myself forget about getting your actual jcrew size.

Says pockets but no
September 19, 2022There are no pockets in this dress FYI. Product details say pockets but it’s not true.

Stunning goddess dress *with caveats
August 19, 2022Love this dress, BUT issues w sizing & cut so here’s how I got perfect dress (for me)! 5’2 101lbs and 34b, normally 00 in dresses NOT IN THIS! If I wanted fit exactly as the model 2 would have been perfect, possibly a 0 but reading the reviews a 0 sounded like it would have been too tight around rib cage to breathe. I tried sz 2(arrived damaged so had to exchange) but sized up one more time to a 4, knowing it would be too big BUT pinning together the lower center! Love cut out so much more now that I was able to make it much smaller & subtle bc I was able to close it up and it became a thin slim opening instead of a triangle shape which I think makes one look “widened” honestly and don’t personally like the look of even on the model (I have it pinned in the picture and looks great you can’t tell). I’m wearing a bra (which you can see peeking a bit in photo but it has a clear center strap across front. If order too big just pin then sew ribcage area closer for goddess dress perfection!
