Underarm tore within an hour of first wear!
May 25, 2022I love the look of this dress however it runs large everywhere except for the arms. I made a simple movement to grab my seatbelt in the car and the whole underarm tore on that side. Not even on the seam! I am very petite, 105 lbs. This should not be happening. This is not the quality I've come to expect from J Crew. What a waste of money. So very disappointed.

Dress is too long for short people
August 15, 2021Nice dress but way too long for short people. I have to wear high espadrilles which can be uncomfortable when you have to walk long distance in the city.

Fabric not as expected
August 14, 2021I am a fan of cotton dresses, in particular poplin, but the quality of the fabric used on this dress leaves a lot to be desired. It’s light and airy, but also just feels cheap. This dress doesn’t meet my standards. I’m glad I got it on sale, but it’s non-returnable. I’ll wear it because I’m stuck with it but I wish it was just better.

My Fav Summer Dress!
August 8, 2021I got so many compliments on the first time I wore it. I knew this dress was my staple closet!!! Super easy to wear at any occasions! Can’t wait to wear it when I go visit my gf in Miami!!! (Just keep in mind that the dress can see a little through however you can wear nude bra and nude underwear and you can’t see it much. I asked my husband and he can’t see it very much. I got in xxsmall since they run large. For ref. 115lb; 32b, 25/0 bottoms. Get it or you will regret it! :)

Not like other J.Crew shirt dresses
August 4, 2021Sad to say after one wear it went in the donation pile. I am a huge fan of J.Crew shirt dresses and have 3 that I wear constantly. This particular version is much longer than the others and the material is very thin. Even the short rolled sleeves did not look quite right.
