Would have been nice with a cotton lining
July 30, 2019I really wanted to love this dress but was surprised to see a non-cotton lining it in. This dress would have been easy, breezy, summer perfection if it was lined in cotton. Dress was true to size 5'10", 165 lbs, 32B but too short on me. Lovely stripe but ultimately went back. J.Crew has always done a great job with cotton dresses for summer - please rethink this lining and keep up the strong tradition you've had in the past.

July 25, 2019As a b cup I wasn’t able to wear a bra with this, but it looked very classy. Such a comfortable maxi dress. It’s lined with a stretchy white material that doesn’t add much weight, and the pockets also have a slight stretch in the lining. I only wish I’d gotten this at the beginning of the summer.

July 23, 2019I’ve received so many compliments on this dress! It’s comfortable and versatile. The fit ran true to size for me although think it might run a little short. I’m 5’3” and the 8 hit the bottom of my ankle. I wasn’t sure if I would like this dress but I’m so glad I bought it!
