Smocked puff-sleeve dress in vintage floral

I was hoping for a thicker quality cotton. The print is beautiful but the craftsmanship is poor. The material just hangs billowy below the waist with no structure. If you prefer loose and slightly puffy waist down, then this is for you. The cotton is so thin and the dress is made in India.
